Eyelashes post chemo (revitalash?)

Appreciate some advice -
looking for an eyelash serum for my MIL’s Christmas gift. She lost her eyelashes with chemo about 6 years ago. What actually works? Difficult to cut through all the marketing hype to find something that might actually work. Thank you!

Get a product with bimatoprost. Latisse is FDA approved in the US. I use it but not post chemo - it definitely grows lashes v long. I have ordered from here and also other sites in the UK which do an online form based consultation (it is prescription only really). The one from MyLash used to come in a latisse branded bottle, but now it's generic label. Still works.
