A really lovely daytime perfume

What can you recommend? Usually I wear perfume at night so out for dinner etc. At the moment, it’s a Michael Kors one called Amber something. I also like Narssisco Rodrigues. I like the smell of amber and fairly heavy scents if that makes sense.

I would like something new but lighter for day to day wear. I don’t like florals at all. Has anyone got any recommendations? Particularly if you’ve had comments when wearing it! Thanks.

I always get compliments on "by the fireplace" by maison margiela. I adore it

Lancome La Vie Est Belle

I'm not into florals either but that Lancome one is just gorgeous and really smells good on skin.

Acqua di Parma colonia, it’s unisex so not floral or overly feminine but not masculime
either. Fresh citrus with rosemary, sandalwood, patchouli and vetiver undertones. It’s really light and lovely for day wear. I got a dupe from noted aromas which is equally as lovely.

I totally agree with La Vie Est Belle. I don't particularly like the smell of it (it's a bit sweet for me personally, although perfectly pleasant) BUT I was bought a bottle as a present and every single time I wear it I get comments on how nice I smell and asked what perfume I'm wearing.

I wear my old favourite DKNY delicious to work every day and it’s not expensive

I like lancome idole or Glossier you for daytime, I currently have Dior j'adore infinissime for evening . I often get comments to say I always smell nice!

You've just reminded me of one of my most-complimented perfumes that I ran out of ages ago - Amber by Perfume Laboratory. It’s lovely.
