Beanie hat - wool or cashmere

I'm searching for a nice beanie style hat, absolutely no bobbles, that is either wool or cashmere in a muted colour possibly blue, cream would be ok. All I've seen are synthetic mixes with maybe 10% wool. I don't really like the colours Uniglo have in their cashmere hats. If that's not enough a matching scarf would be lovely too!

I tried on cashmere beanies in Uniqlo last week - absolutely gorgeous at £35- if I hadn't asked dh for the John Lewis one I'd have bought one

M&S and Next both have 100% cashmere hats in muted colours.

I have two of these, one has been stolen by my grown up ds, it is that good. I love them.

I bought a cashmere beanie in JL recently. Think it was £40.

I’m with @undercover5 - my Johnstons beanie is amazing. 4 years old and still looks new. Hold out for the sales.

I've been busy checking them all out. I've managed to narrow it down to 2 choices: Community Clothing (lambswool) & John Lewis (cashmere). And I can get matching scarfs at both
So tempted by the Johnston but they're bit pricey. Think JL may win
