Trouser help required!

My DH has lost a lot of weight. Last week, he went through his wardrobe and charity bagged probably 80% of his clothes. It was chaos in our bedroom.

Today, I've gone to pack my case and I can't find my Perfect Trousers. They've gone. I think they're in the charity bag. They must be. DH seems to think their instantaneous evaporation is more likely. Anyway, they're gone.

Problem is. They are The Perfect Trousers.

I bought them in July or August from Mango. Navy. Wide Leg. Flat fronted with a side zip and military style, gold buttons in two perfectly spaced columns. Not too long nor too short.

I think it's the Flat front and side zip that made them The Perfect Trousers. That and the length as I'm 5'11 and long of limb. I can't find them on the Mango website. Long gone.

Has anyone seen anything similar? Make my Christmas and find me the replacement. Help me find The Pants of Perfection. The Mango ones weren't that expensive but I can maybe stretch the budget here to £100 or so, just by analysing the 'evaporation' with DH.

I'm very tempted by the other stories ones. I like the sound of thick and flattering. I wonder if those pockets will sit flat? I could always sew them closed. I do love pockets but not at the expense of shape. That's what handbags are for!

At least on me, they don't stick out, as the pockets are more in front than on the hips.

Try Sezane. They have lots of trousers that are flat front and wide leg. They are expensive but are very good quality.

There are loads on Sézanne that look nice. Is it worth the money? I've never ordered anything but am very tempted. High waisted, wide leg trousers are a classic, right?
