Graduation!

Size 18, 5'5, apple shaped, 38 yo, grad hood colours are red and yellow, im blonde and fair skinned, ceremony is January.

I dont wear dresses, i hate them, even when i got married i got changed out of my dress as soon as photos were done.

I cant wear heels at all, i injured my knee and hip quite badly a few years ago so it must be flat shoes.

I live in jeans and trainers/dr martens with a hoody. pretty much all black/grey. I have zero fashion sense at all. I wear clothes for comfort.

But graduation is a formal event, i dont want to just wear back trousers and a black or white shirt or blouse. I want something fitting of the occasion (graduating was a huge deal and something i never thought i would do) but also something i feel comfortable in.

I can spend around £200.

Please help me!

How about a striking fitted red blazer?

Check if you have to wear a Button down shirt under your robe! I did when I graduated (a long time ago though, so it may have changed).

I wore a white shirt under a sleeveless dress.
