Post divorce haircut

I’ve had the same haircut for 20 odd years and I need a bit of a confidence boost - any recommendations for a hairdresser in central/north London that can give me a new style that will suit me? I have thick curly hair and don’t want the high maintenance cuts alot of hairdressers suggest!!

Oh gosh - some beautiful curly hair there - I think I take it back and my hair is thick and wavy! I don’t think I could maintain the curl and my hair is a bit meh

I have very thick wavy hair. I have a choppy bob - I don't style my hair at all, I don't even blow dry it.

That's the pic I showed the hairdresser, I have it ever so slightly longer.

How do you stop it going puffy? My hair always ends up looking the same shape as the baddies in the Lorax
