Nivea in the blue pot

JerkintheMerkin · 09/12/2023 22:02

Astral. Lathered on before bed and you wake up with beautiful plump skin.

HeartOfChocolate · 09/12/2023 22:05

Cetaphil Rich Night cream

NorthernAttitude · 09/12/2023 22:08

Nivea blue pot. Every time I try something else my skin begs for Nivea.

marthalovescheese · 09/12/2023 22:10

Weleda skin food.

Seriously, the Cien moisturiser from Lidl is amazing! I used to use Clinique for years but was hard up one month and grabbed one from Lidl just to try it. I have really sensitive skin and can't tolerate many brands including Simple - which is bizarre! I've been using it now for over 5 years. It also costs about £1.50. Absolute bargain!

IdealisticCynic · 09/12/2023 22:29

I like the Sali Hughes cream drench (despite the silly name!) And it’s currently 25% off in Boots.

SeriousFaffing · 09/12/2023 22:38

Agree with @marthalovescheese Weleda Skin Food.

I use Skin Food Light (still rich, but the original is VERY rich!) and wouldn’t use anything else now, it’s brilliant.

Jadedandlost · 09/12/2023 22:47

Thanks all - I’ll be trying one of these

Avène Cicalfate!!

It has been the best discovery ever for my dry/sensitive skin. So thick, rich and moisturising, my skin feels amazing and so hydrated

Incredibly reasonable pricing too - £15 per tube which lasts ages

Deathraystare · 14/12/2023 16:00

Weleda often comes out well in tests but for me is a no no because there is something in the base ingredients that I am severely allergic to! Don't be put off though.

stardust777 · 15/12/2023 08:30

I'd recommend

La Roche Posay Toleriane sensitive moisturiser

travailtotravel · 15/12/2023 08:33

I've moved to nivea q10, the white tube of nivea thats only £2!! And occasionally will splurge when theres an offer at body shop on tyeur edelweiss day cream.

gotomomo · 15/12/2023 08:33
