Oily faces how do you Lee your makeup Matt?

I've tried everything, primers, powders you name it.

Can anyone tell me if you have oily skin how do you stop looking like a shiny disco ball after a couple hours?

I've also tried blotting paper...still doesn't work

Skip moisturizer and dont use oils. Everything oil free even your cleanser for oily skin.

I’m out of ideas. If I put powder on it looks worse.

I think it's the moisturiser that does this. I used to not bother with moisturiser in the mornings and my face would have a matt look. As soon as I added moisturiser to my morning routine, my face would be like an oil slick after a few hours,
