Heart and key

I can't wear 16 inch necklaces as they make me feel strangled AND I couldn't justify over £800 for a silver necklace! I have the same bead chain with a Tiffany key pendant, got it about 15 years ago and it broke last year but was quickly and cheaply repaired and is good as new! Get the heart and key!

I wouldn't get either. These are designed for teenagers imo. I had the first one when I was in my early 20s but I wouldn't wear it now.

Tiffany do some nicer more subtle designs if you really want something from this brand.

I don't like either and agree they are associated with teenagers. I love this design.

Goodness me, is that the price for the toggle necklace?! I had one years ago which was less than £200 I'm sure.

i had a similar one for my birthday as a teen & under £200. I couldn’t believe how much they went up a few yrs ago & sold it on ebay. Can’t believe they are still doing them & the cost now. Personally I think they are a bit dated too but I know the 90s are back. I prefer the thinner chain.

I agree about the chains being crap. DD’s chain on the first broke within a year, she replace it with one of their ball chains which lasted about ten years so all
good. DIL lost her heart and chain when it broke at around two years. The fine ones are really poor quality.

First one.

Heart and key

Agree overpriced and you are paying for the name. You could get something a lot nicer, cheaper and more original from an independent designer maker.

SgtJuneAckland · 09/12/2023 06:20

I used to work for a jeweller , this stuff is over priced because of the branding, no different to a cheap t shirt with a designer name printed across the front being sold for an extortionate amount.
Take your £800 somewhere else. We wouldn't even accept Tiffany jewellery for professional cleaning as a lot of it was plated (similarly with the Chanel pieces that were fashionable at the time)

The first one is better.
