Any Canada must buys?

I’m heading to Canada over Christmas and will be spending time in Toronto.
Are there any Canadian brands I should check out there?

I got a beautiful leather backpack from Roots last time I was in Toronto.

Ah yes, good shout, I want to check out their cosy socks.

I know Lululemon is cheaper there, so will be checking that out and also Aritzia. I’ve no idea about other brands there though really.

Don't forget Sephora is there too 😜

Aritzia, Babaton, Wilfred, Oak + Ford, Club Monaco, and for coats Soia & Kyo, Mackage and of course Canada Goose. Most will have stores in the Eaton Centre.

Old Navy is great for bargains.

Aritzia is great value, its all sorted by colour.. v reasonable.

Look if there are any factory outlet villages. Levis ridiculously cheap

Vaughan Mills is a fantastic outlet mall not far from Toronto. You can catch the GO bus/train to the mall from downtown Toronto if your don't have a rental car (you'll need to get off at Rutherford GO station). If you show your passport to customer services, you'll get a coupon booklet for even more money off!

When you are downtown, Hudson's Bay department store is a must visit. The Bay had it's own Canadian bits and pieces. Hats, gloves, blankets, homewares etc. Their "Point Blanket" is iconic. The famous green, red, yellow and blue stripes.

The Eaton Centre has a ton of great stores as well. Roots has fantastic hoodies and comfy clothes. DH and I stock up on a ton of Roots gear when we go back to Canada each year (he's Canadian and we go back to see family). Aritizia is lovely too. I always loved Banana Republic too. (I realise it's an American brand owned by The Gap, but I haven't seen it here and they have great clothes).

I’m definitely going to the Eaton Centre, I’ll be near downtown Toronto. Will check out the brands noted.

Not Canadian as such but I found Gap much better there and we spent ages in Uniqlo in the Eaton Centre.
Loved the Hudson Bay stores.

Cargo Cosmetics is a Canadian brand and really good.
