Quality eye pencil sharpener

I am really fed up of buying lovely eye liner pencils only to have them ruined by crap sharpeners. I can never get the same sharp point back once I've started using it.

Can anyone please recommend a good sharpener

The Nars one is good (I think it came free in a goodie bag) but the Kiko one is almost as good.
