Has anyone had a problem with orders from tu sainsburys since they amalgamated their site with Argos?

I placed an order on Sunday. Order acknowledged and will be ready to collect on Tuesday.

I have heard nothing since. I've just tried to check online only to find myself redirected to Argos site. They are now combined apparently. However they have no record of any of my tu orders, let alone this current one.
I'm going to have to phone them tomorrow, which I could do without.

Anyone else have any problems with this?

Yes, similar issue recently. No confirmation email nor ready to collect text but I happened to pop in (was visiting Pets At Home next door) and it was there, had been there nearly a week. Staff didn't see too surprised.

I phoned customer services last night. It took ages to find the number. I went round and round to FAQS for ages.

Anyway, they are 'working on it' apparently. They said my parcel would be next Tuesday, but having read your update I might pop in today to see if it's already there.
