Keratin treatment?

My hairdresser has advised me to have a keratin treatment.
my hair is frizzy and lots of it. It’s so hard to tame. I end up straightening it or throwing it in a messy bun.

she has the treatment herself and swears by it. My only stumbling block is I’ve read things online stating it will damage my hair forever!!

what are your thoughts??

The problem I had with it is washing my hair. It just never quite felt clean after a while. My hair needs sulphates every now and again I think.
It is good though. I've had Brazilian blow dry and nano keratin - the latter is better.

It’s a game changer for me, I love it, I’m very low maintenance but get it done twice a year for £80. Colour has to be 2 weeks after.

I recommend it to everyone!

@Bananaandmarmite, I just tried to send you a message but don't seem to be able to add images to it... Am I missing something?
