Fine static hair!!!!

My hair is driving me nuts just now! It's so fine and shoulder length but super static! I've tried washing it without conditioner and that makes it worse.

I need to be careful with product otherwise my hair just looks so greasy if I use a smidge too much.

Any tips on how I can tame it?!

John Frieda Weightless Wonder frizz cream. I use 1 pump rub into my hands a bit and run hands over ends of hair. Not at all sticky or greasy. Makes me hair lovely and smooth. I think it's specifically for fine hair.
