Shoes for non- trendy teen girl

Please recommend some ideas of shoes. DD only really wears sports trainers or lace up black school shoes but thinks she 'might' want something nicer, whatever that means. But not sparkly, old lady or really expensive. I've no clue as I pretty much wear trainers or boots. Not for going out out but just casual ish. For when running shoes or school shoes look wrong, need some inspiration. She hates shopping!

Converse hi tops?

Possibly. Everyone has them which may be a good thing as would fit in and easy to choose. She doesn't love following trends though.

Chunky loafers?

Doc Martens or biker boots?

DMs, platform soles - boots, loafers or Mary Janes depending on her style. Not cheap but will last ages and they look great without being too "try hard".

Converse go nicely, not too pricely, not too trendy. my DD uses pinterest for inspo

Converse - casual and go with almost everything. They were never not in fashion but have definitely had a revival in teens over the last couple years

Chunky brogues or loafers? That’s what my teen is looking at. Day to day she is in black trainers. She wants Converse but can’t get any that fit.

My teen just bought her first pair of Converse high tops and she loves them (she also isn’t especially trendy but I have a feeling she will end up with a wardrobe full of Converse now).
