Does anyone else get sore eyes after wearing makeup?

I'm not even talking about mascara, eye liner and/or eye shadow. Literally just foundation/ tinted moisturiser and/or concealer. After half a day, I start needing to blink more, my eyes feel dry and I can't wait to take my make up off. I bought a new one in case it was out of date but it still happens. Why is this happening??

Do you have dry eyes? I find any make up irritates my eyes and I have dry eyes.

@Blueuggboots I do get dry eyes, why does that interact with make up? Have you found a fix?

There are drops you can get to put in your eyes to help?I don't know why, but I find my skin gets really irritated whenever I wear eye make up/make up around my eyes.

I've given up wearing it!!! 😵‍💫

I became allergic to make up in my mid forties. Never had a problem before, but now my eyes water and feel itchy and sore. I only wear make up for special occasions now, am careful to choose sensitive stuff and use eye drops for dry eye regularly.
