Waterproofing suede shoes

I have a perfect pair of flat knee high lined boots, by they have a suede type outside which I feel is gonna get ruined when it gets rain and mud on it. I want to be able to wear them for dog walks etc . Is there a way of applying something to protect them? Or a service that will do this for me?

Suede and mud and rain and dog walks distance go together ... even if u use best protector

Sorry that should read "DON'T" go together.

I wouldn't entertain suede boots for anything that might involve rain or mud... but Good luck. Hope they were cheap.
