Oodie Sizing

Hi,
My daughter wants an oodie for Christmas, but I'm confused by the sizing on the site, it seems to be a one size fits all, is that right? She is 11 but on the tall side, she wants it oversized so the kids one will be too short, but surlely an adults one will be ridiculously big on her. How do you find them size wise? thanks all

I think they are supposed to be ridiculously big!

I have this dilemma also. Daughters just turned 12. Its just arrived today. I've tried it on. I'm about 5ft5 and its just around the knee so will be fine length wise she's about 5ft3. But it is extremely wide!! Its bigger than i expected. The arm cuffs are quite fitted. I think the kids one might be a bit short. 🙈🙈 can't decide whether to stick with it or try one of the cheaper alternatives out there which don't look as big. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Go for adults. We bought adult size for the whole family a few years ago when youngest was about 6. Fits great with tonnes of growing room

They are supposed to be huge. My skinny 10 yo DS and my 6ft DH both wear the standard adult Kuddly, which is similar. Looks better on DS, like a walking bed.

We bought adult ones for DC 13 and 10 and they're super cosy. There are a couple of sellers on eBay selling slight seconds and customer returns, which are really good value and means you don't have to buy new.

DD is small for her age and has had an adults’ one since she was 9, and it’s absolutely fine for her. Huge of course, but it’s supposed to be, and the cuffs help keep her hands free of it.
