Smelly leather shoes

My lovely suede pump smell like feet, no denying it now. I only wear them once or twice a week and they have plenty of wear left. Is there anything that will get rid of the smell?

They live in the boot of my car, so get air.

I have read about voodoo level soda cleaning - does it actually work?

Sprinkle the insides with Bicarbonate of soda and leave to air.

You need to bicarb them, but I’d store them with socks full of cat litter to dry them ot too.

Put in a clean bag and then freezer for 24h or so.
