What do you wear with your jumper dress ?

tights, leggings or other ?
I despise leggings, I just feel so dowdy when wearing them. My personal choice, others may love them.
Tights would need to be the thick woolly type ? any recommendations ?

Thick tights and boots. I don't wear the woolly type though, just black opaques.

Thick, black opaque tights with boots. I wouldn’t dream of wearing leggings under a jumper dress. Maybe if I was Carol singing or knew I was going to be outside freezing.

I wanted the wool type tights but none were available in the High Street when I was in a hurry - (I think Next do them though), so opted for thick tights with boots. However, jumper dress was purple and it looked good. Not sure which tights I'd go for with a lighter say cream coloured dress, but for darker shades I think tights are your better option.

Black leggings and boots simply because I feel the cold so bad on warmer days tights

Usually thick black tights and boots, but have been known to wear jeggings or skinny jeans under a jumper dress.

Tights and knee length boots. I have black suede, well fitting boots which look great. Either opaque or wooly. If the dress is too wooly I'll wear opaques.

Disagree that tights need to be woolly - I think that's too much woolliness with a jumper dress. Black opaque tights, 80 denier, and I like tights that are completely matte. Flat ankle boots or brogues.
