Could this be rosacea?

Name changed for this one for obvious reasons.

Does anyone know if this could be rosacea on across my cheek bones?

My skin care routine is simple, cleanse and moisturise with La Roche Posay Effaclar morning and evening. Then added Treclin in evening go treat acne. All familiar products I've used for a couple of years.

The redness/rash started around Sept/October time. Some days its worse than others but mostly its consistently there.

Any thoughts?

Hi, based on my own experience of rosacea I’d say this isn’t. I had bright red cheeks that would really feel like they were burning when at full throttle in a flare-up. I can see the spots in your photo but I can’t really see redness (although my complexion is overall paler than yours). Do you ever get really red skin and a burning feeling at all?

I agree, the skin doesn’t look red in that photo. I have rosacea and it literally looks like I have whacked on the blusher, all the time!

I think you're best seeing a GP/dermatologist for a definitive answer. I agree with others that your cheeks don't look telltale rosacea and are more traditional acne like. But I noticed around your nose there's a broken vein and redness that isn't very typical for acne, so perhaps you have a very minor case of rosacea type 2 alongside acne. It might also just be over sensitised skin, you could try using milder products for a bit and see if that improves the situation if you don't want to head straight to a GP/Derm.
