I'm ten weeks into a new fitness regime where I've been counting macros and eating high protein (130g per day which is the equivalent of eating 2.5 chicken breasts daily to give context.) 8 weeks in I noticed that my usually paper thin nails had grown and now at 10weeks I have the strongest nails I have ever had in my life. They are seriously tough, for the whole 47 years of life my nails have bent, split and flaked and now I have these super strong nails. I feel cheated that other people with lovely manicures just have these effortlessly strong nails and I never knew. I'm so excited to get them painted and have lovely looking hands (as well as loosing 10lb) for the first time ever.
