I've just been gifted a nice bracelet but it's silver (white rhodium, to be more accurate) and I don't wear silver. Does anyone know if Swarovski would exchange it in-store?
Boxed, didn't receive a gift receipt unfortunately. It doesn't say on the website whether they do or not, just how to return online orders.
