After a few babies in quick succession my body is an utter mess. About 3 stone overweight with most of it on my stomach. Walking with baby everyday but with lack of sleep etc it is difficult to find time to do much else. When baby starts with childminders I will have more time to exercise. I suppose for the time being I am wondering if there is anything I could do with my stomach, thought about cool sculpting but it says it is not actually suitable for overweight people. Would consider lipo but worried about recovery time with small kids. Besides exercise has anyone any advice, so depressed looking in the mirror & seeing what I have become 😪
