Help me find a dress

I was recently in the pub where one of the bar staff was wearing a lovely dress. It was black with other colours and was short (just above the knee so not really short). It was floaty and chiffony and she had it on with black tights and Doc Martens. I asked her where she got it and she said last year from Zara. I've looked but I can't find it.

I did find this from Silk Fred which is a bit similar, but it arrived today and I think the gold looks a bit cheap. Anybody got any recommendations? Up to £100 but that's my top limit!

I really recommend lurking on Vinted if you want something like this. There was a dress I loved that someone else was wearing - she'd bought it three years ago. After checking Vinted for about a month I found it in my size, new with tags, for a fiver. I might just have been lucky but it's definitely worth keeping an eye out.
