Item already worn!

I ordered an outfit for an upcoming Christmas works party. I have ordered it in three different colours in the same style. Third one arrived today. As soon as I opened it could tell it had been worn , it absolutely stinks! Either cheap perfume or febreeze. The special do not remove if you want to return label is missing and the other tag that's on a rope like attachment has clearly been cut and just looped and tied through the fixed label. So the company just sent it out that way.

Why are some people so disgusting that they wear an item worth £150 and send it back for a refund and I get their dregs. So now I have to return it. I rang the company to tell them so they know it's not me that has worn it. So annoying.

I once worked with someone who was talking about an outfit for an upcoming night out, she chuckled away telling us how she would just keep the tags on and return it afterwards. She thought we would all laugh along! We all told her how disgusting it was and how we didn’t want to part with our hard earned cash to end up with used clothing that someone had returned. Wiped the smirk right off her face.

So gross! I only realised I was trying on a dress covered in someone's stinking BO and hair AFTER I had got it on. (asos). People are vile and companies are negligent.

I had this recently, sent it straight back with a snotty note saying that whoever had packed it needed some eye testing. It was horribly creased, had deodorant marks under the arms and was grubby.

People are gross.
