Glossier - Anyone ordered online before?

Can anyone help please?!

Am I going blind/crazy?!

I'm trying to order off Glossier and it is showing currency in GBP and according to their website they do ship to the UK.

However when trying to checkout. The country defaults to Guernsey and I cannot find any way to set my address to UK.

Tried looking for UK, The UK, England, Britain, Great Britain from drop down box.

Can see Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland and practically every other country!!!

If I just try to put postcode in, says it's not a valid guernsey postcode. No shit!

Anybody got any ideas, please??

Can't comment on what's going on with their website today but I have had placed many online Glossier orders before and have never had an issue. They definitely have delivered to the U.K. in the past. (I live in East of England) Their lidstar cream eye shadow and little tubes of lip balm are lovely 😊

I've ordered from them multiple times, no issue. Just tried again and it restored my saved London delivery information.

Have you created an account? If not, maybe try that before ordering. Also, try googling Glossier UK specifically?

Yes I have and I’m in the UK too. I think you can order Glossier products from other sites too, maybe asos? Good luck.

That's so strange, I am not seeing this at all!!

Ahhh ok, figured it out. Had to go into my account and it had set me as Guernsey by default.

Changed it now!!
