"Simple" moisturiser - changed?

I have used Simple products for years and years.
I use the Light to remove my make up and the Rich as a regular face cream (after shower, and in the morning).

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks I've had what seems like an allergic reaction, or maybe more a sensitivity has developed.

I would wake feeling like there was an eyelash in my eye and some redness.
No itchiness, but some puffiness.

I've stopped using it around my eyes in the last couple of days and things have improved.

Simple is meant to be easy on the skin.
Can anyone suggest what else I could use which is good for sensitive skin and doesn't cost a bomb. It needs to be as free of anything as possible.

I used to use Clinique until they added something.

You could try CeraVe

This happened to me a few years ago, I think I even posted a thread on it. I bought a different bottle and was fine. Can only assume it was either a bad batch, or something else I was using wasn't agreeing with me/it as I still use it and have been fine since.

My skin has never been fond of Simple products

Either too drying or break me out

Try Boots No 7 moisturisers especially the Hydroluminous over night recovery gel

I use it for day and night

Thanks for this. I've heard of it (and bought it for nieces for Xmas) but never used it. It looks like a good one to try.

Interesting. I have been using both bottles still but avoiding my eye area, which has helped.

Thanks for the recommendation. Is it perfume free etc?
