I have a long commute and lots to carry. I cant get on with backpacks but my shoulders are struggling. Does anyone have any bag recommendations please? Either 1 big bag or 2 ( maybe crossbody for mobike, purse etc)
I take- swim kit, uniform, make up bag, notebook, laptop, phone, brush, lunch, breakfast, water bottle and coffee cup.

A backpack is likely to be the best thing ergonomically. Why don't you get on with them?

I've wanted a The North Face Borealis Tote for ages... It may be if interest OP.
Can wear on shoulder, carry as tote and it can convert to back pack, though it's not really designed to be carried long term that way.

Thank you, i find backpacs too bulky especially in winter over a coat. I will look at the north face option . I did think about something on wheels but i think they can also be bad for shoulders.
