Yay or nay? Slightly dry skin, don't need too much coverage and prefer a glowier foundation. If not any other recommendations?

The Nars tinted moisturiser is amazing! Not too much but not too little coverage, a lovely glowy finish and stays all day. I use it with their powder and concealer.

Don’t use Sheer Glow if your skin is even remotely dry. It sounds like it should work for drier skin types but it really doesn’t, it just goes patchy and sits on the surface looking obvious. I’d go for the tinted moisturiser, as PP suggests. There are loads of shades, it’s better for dry skin, has a good SPF rating (not so good for evening use if you’re going to be photographed though), and is surprisingly good coverage for a tinted moisturiser.

Bare minerals complexion rescue also works for me. Not as many shade choices but nice sheer but ‘there’ coverage that evens out skintone (can build it up, to a point), again contains SPF and is nicely moisturising without being sweaty. It doesn’t oxidise through the day, which is a problem I had with the Laura Mercier one.

Ohh thanks @ThatsBalderdash @MalcolmTuckersSwearBox I've already got the tinted moisturiser, it's great but I wanted something a bit more for nights out over Christmas. Any other suggestions?

I've tried Bare Minerals before and struggled with getting the shade right, I think they colour matched badly in store as it just didn't look right.

The light reflecting one is better if you want a glow.
