Control pants and shapewear!

Want to get some control pants for my muffin top and bum that won't cause on overspill at the waist. Does such a thing exist?!

I'm slim but flabby if that makes a difference - size 8 but my extra weight / sagginess is around tummy, thighs and hips.

Oh meant to add - that also won't dig in and show lines on the thighs, and that is comfortable, and ideally cheap. Not asking for much am I!

It's more to provide a smooth line and support with a flimsy dress, rather than knock me down a dress size or anything like that.
