Do any of you do face yoga, and does it work? If so, can you recommend any good apps/websites?

There are loads of Instagram accounts for FY and it’s hard to tell which ones (if any) work or are scams!

@Checkthemeaning thats great, thank you! I’ve never done it before so would be looking for a full face routine I could start doing daily. I’m hoping to firm things up to avoid/get rid of wrinkles or sagging! I’m 41.
