Which Skechers trainers do you prefer?

Love my sketchers for comfort - they last for ages too - black and white would be more practical

Quite. I have Skechers and Adidas trainers because they are comfortable, not because I want to impress the fashion police.

Mind you I am probably the target age group for Skechers, but I really couldn't care less.

Definitely not all white if for winter - they would get ditched!

I had the white ones. They lasted over a year . They do come up large so I would go down a half size

Depends how much you wear them.

Honestly, neither! Not because they're Sketchers but because they're god ugly but if I was to be shot if I didn't pick a pair it'd be the white ones!

You sound ridiculous - how can you possibly know every teen or 29 something and their shoe preference.

My 14yo son wears them. So do some of his friends. My 25yo sister wears them. I wear them (40). They are just trainers.

Please can you link to a trainer style that you don't consider ugly.

When buying white trainers, ask yourself if Dane Bowers has ever worn a similar pair.

If the answer is yes, don't buy them.

Wear trainers for sport and exercise and buy proper boots or shoes for the school run.

Blimey, looks like i started a bit of a contentious topic... but seriously, I know that they look slightky "boyband-y" and my usual footwear is a bit more conservative. I do wear Adidas and Nike, with the odd fake Converse every now and then.

I'm currently wearing Doc Martens for the school run as my Adidas have been well worn over the past year, and my fake Converse are getting holes. My New Balance running trainers are great and comfortable but pretty old now and don't go that well with some of my clothes, hence the fact I'm looking at other options.

My budget won't stretch to New Balance yet but I saw these NB style ones from New Look as an alternative...

I’ve had my sketchers for 3 years and wear them everyday and they are only just starting to come apart at the sole. I’ve had expensive boots and shoes and they never last that long. I do a lot of walking so go for comfort and practicality but then I am mid 40s. I’m fine with not being on trend.

I also prefer the black & white.

They look like a poor rip of the Fila 'dinosaur stompers' that were popular among younger people a few years ago.

Skechers have so many more styles to choose from
