Hello

Please may you give me your best shampoo/conditioner recommendations

I have wavy/straight hair which is low porosity so I need hydration as I think silicones amd protein weigh my hair down too. All the hydrating products have a ton of silicones in :( anyone else found the holy grail?!

I was in Boots yesterday and John Frieda has a new shampoo/ conditioner and treatment for fine hair. I bought it as it was on 3-4-2 but I can’t tell you whether it works or not.

Mane and tail shampoo and conditioner is good. Originally used for horses but now is really popular. I used it not expecting much but it's really good. The shampoo does make your hair feel dry to begin with but once you've put the conditioner in it goes really soft and leaves hair really shiny. I use this on my dd hair and she now has hair past her bum and really thick. Leave the conditioner in for a minute too. You can buy them in most stores now such as superdrug and boots but I nor ally get mine off Amazon. Hope this helps.
