Hi,

My under eyes are really dark. I’ve tried lots of eye creams and serums but no difference so far.

Any recommendations?

I had tear trough filler, it was a game changer!

I had tear trough filler, it was a game changer!

How much did it cost and does it last forever?

Off to google it!

Look at injectable moisturisers. filmed beautiful eye is one. Not as risky as filler. You need a few sessions and it improves the texture of your skin. If you then go on to have filler, it sits better as your skin is in better condition.
Botox around your eyes too.

Tear trough filler is about £250 and they say it lasts 12-18 months. It can stay in for years.

I have TTFs and they are still there after 2 years.

Are you looking for surgical or cosmetic treatments?

Do you drink enough water?

I had tear trough fillers and they still look good - 3 years later. I’m very suspicious about this talk that fillers only last a year or so. There was a story recently about a journalist that had filler in her face from about 15 years ago.

This is why filler can look bad I think (one of the reasons!) - people think it’s worn off and keep going back for more. But it’s still in there.

Mine was a lot more than £250 though! London - about £600 I think.
Botox won’t do anything for dark circles.

Does tear troth filler work if the under eye skin is dark due to genetics? I have awful dark circles but I think the skin would still be dark if it was plumped up.

I keep hydrated and have enough sleep… thinks it’s like pigmentation type thing where the under eyes are just dark.
