Hi, has anyone got any recommendations for dealing with puffy under eyes? I feel I look permanently tired!
TIA

Get your kidney function checked.

Look at lowering your intake of salt and processed foods (which are high in salt).

Tapping lightly around the eye.

I used to have this badly

Culprits were:
Alcohol
Excessive salt (eg takeaways, processed food, crisps etc)
Allergies (I now take a cetirizine every night)

I faffed about with gels and ice cubes for years, but the problem came from within....

Make a paste with ground coffee and a little bit of aloe vera or similar. Leave under your eyes for 30 mins or so before rinsing. It really works.

Interesting, I do have quite bad allergies and having been doing a lot of decluttering/spring cleaning which has triggered a lot of allergies so that makes sense (usually more asthma symptoms so I hadn't linked the two). I don't eat much processed food so I don't think I have that much salt and I don't drink so that makes sense. Thanks all for your thoughts

The Inkey List caffeine eye cream has been a game changer for me! Very reasonably priced too!

I’ve had good results from using a jade roller/gua sha. My eye bags have gone
