Please help me find a work dress!

I feel like there must be lots of options but I’m somehow missing them.

I need a dress for work. Smartish (smart/casual office).

I’m 5’3 and between a 10 and a 12. Classic hourglass ( 30 G on top, quite narrow waist and tum not too bad but then big hips!). Quite narrow. Soft colouring so can’t really wear black ( blonde and green eyes).

I think I need something with more of a flared skirt - also something with a bit of weight to the material ideally ( in a dream world not polyester!) and enough material ( for example I now find a lot of Hobbs very skimpy in the material). Can’t really wear high/round necks due to boobage. Like the top bit to have shape but not be tight ideally ( or again just have a bit of material to it).

I feel like it should be simple but have tried loads and can’t seem to find the right dress! Happy to spend up to £150 ish for the right dress.

Has anyone seen anything?

I get most of my work dresses now from finerylondon.com who have some great dresses at good prices and they all wash/last really well.

All my work dresses are seasal or similar shops, the jersey helps when you have more up top

Thanks all

Unfortunately I don’t really suit seasalt. And I know I’m sounding very picky ( apologies!) but looking for a heavier material than seasalt jersey if that makes sense?

@ProperDeep - I actually have a cord Justine Tabak I bought of eBay, which I love. It’s odd though as it looks a bit OTT for work ( not sure why as it’s one of the plainer ones!). I really like her stuff but the ones I’ve tried tend to swamp me unfortunately.

Have you tried Fenn Wright Manson. A few can be a bit mother of the bride but there are some fab pieces mixed through. I have a few of theirs that are like a jersey but they are weighty and they are cut for boobs but nipped on the waist. Really good sale at the moment

Try The Outnet. I got an amazing dress from there, their sizing guide is really good, like you I am an extreme hourglass. You will need to spend a bit of time fiddling with filters though.
