Stylish but comfortable flats for the office with dresses/skirts?

Any good recommendations?

Loafers/oxfords seem to look great with trousers/jeans but don't seem to go so well with work dresses or formal skirts. I'd prefer a shoe over a boot if possible - business casual workplace so doesn't have to be too over the top formal but still professional looking.

Would love to see what you've been wearing.

I'd like to know this too. I feel like the shoes in the shops at the moment don't work well with the styles of trousers and skirt lengths that are in the shops at the moment.
