I hate the way M&S women's pjs patronize is to Victorian ancient status or giggly school girl stars, hearts and bloody animals.
Who sells comfortable brushed cotton pjs for someone in their 50s who has the simple ambition of looking dignified at night and doesn't need a slogan or to be patted on the head by the designer.
Suggestions would be appreciated

Fat face have great brushed cotton ones with simple vest tops but actually the ones I'm wearing right now were from m&s (though I didn't buy the matching top as it was horrible)

I ordered some cybejammies and sent them back because the trousers had no stretch at all (which I think is essential in PJs)

I have recently stumbled upon these, the best pyjamas in the world, and I cannot wait to get another pair for Christmas.

Their merits are that they wash really well they don’t shrink, theyre lovely thin, soft brushed cotton and great designs. They look pretty average on the website, but click around is all sorts of different prints in the same range.

I found this at John Lewis & Partners. What do you think?

Another vote for Land’s End. They do exactly what you’re looking for.

The whole word jammies puts me off that other brand
