Mini or small lady Dior

Does anyone have these? What’s your thoughts ? Do both have a flap on top or is there zip version.

Would you say they’re ok for an everyday bag shopping school etc or too dressy ? Looking at the black with gold or silver

Forgot to ask if mini is big enough for the basics phone purse keys thanks

I have a Dior handbag and it certainly isn't suitable for everyday use. The leather is fabulously soft and the clap broke on the second use! It went back to France to be repaired. I use it on special occasions so that it isn't stressed!

I also have an LV (not one of the obvious patterns so doesn't look like one to anyone who doesn't either know their bags or work for LV) I've used it every day for 15 years. It's a bit scuffed but that can be polished out, the colour is still good, the hardware still bright and the zip works like a dream. For everyday it's so much better. It has been utterly abused but I love it and that's why it gets so much use.

Thank you , can I ask what lv bag you have ? I have the Alma bb in de and love it but was looking at the lady Dior but unsure if it’s too dressy. It’s awful it broke so early on for you that isn’t good at all for the price they are.

The LV was a limited edition so no longer available unfortunately. It's a similar shape to the Speedy. I'm not a fan of obvious branding so I love that it's a stealth LV!

I was upset when the Dior broke (I'd probably put too much in it!) However they were fabulous in the way they handled it. As I couldn't get to a 'boutique ' easily they sent me a really fantastic box, plus packaging to return it to them. The courier picked it up at a time suitable to me and off it went. Once repaired (they said it was a faulty clasp) they contacted me to find out the best time to return it to me. They also included some little gifts. My bag is matt black and doesn't have the quilting of the Miss Dior bags, but is timeless and elegant (unlike me).

I don't have the bags but for size you shd go into the store to try and see what fits in each. Lambskin tends not to wear more than calfskin so leather choice will determine how hard you are able to be on the bag. It is quite a dressy bag in general though but pretty none the less.
