I want to learn how to apply makeup well and find the perfect foundation for me / learn how to blend etc
I don't wear foundation often at all but when I go out out I want full coverage. Would also love to learn how to do Smokey eyes.
Should I go somewhere like Charlotte tilbury? Suggestions welcome
