Day time event with dress code Lounge Suit. It's in a posh venue in London and work related. Will this be ok?

i have no idea what this dress code means for women but I just go with smart workwear so yes I’d say yes that’s fine.

Next dilemma- what to wear on my feet!

I had no idea either @Fleur405 googled and it looked like wedding attire, so wore this recently to a wedding = result 😊

On your feet I'd wear either structured ballet pumps or shoes with a low to mid block heel in black to match the dress.

It’s quite a simple dress so maybe a slightly more embellished shoe. Not sure what kind of heel you like but these kitten heels look quite pretty?

I think the dress is navy and ivory so I personally wouldn’t opt for a black shoe.

I have some mid block heel navy shoes so it's looking like they will be ok. With nude tights? (Will have to forsake my usual opaques and ankle boots)

Sorry, it looked black on my screen. Scrap the black shoes then. Go with navy.
