Designer bags how many ?!!

How many do you have in your collection? What sort of brands ?

i started a collection 2 years ago and now own
2 Gucci marmont blue & a pink ( I’m selling the pink though as never used it and prefer the blue )
Gucci soho chain black tote
LV neverfull
LV Alma bb
LV speedy nano
prada re edition 2005

So 6 in total and for Xmas I’m looking at getting a ysl purse and the mini Lou ( a new version has just come out so unsure which version to go for atm )

do you use all your bags , rotate etc im trying to be good by selling the one I don’t use to buy a new one I would never collect more than 10 as I do believe there a luxury etc
Just trying to see what others thoughts are , my partner thinks I’m abit crazy spending alot on bag however I must clarify the only ones I’ve paid full price for is the the lv ones bought direct from store others I’ve found pre loved on handbag clinic etc ysl I’m looking at buying direct so around £1600 for both the bag and purse.

None, they tend to look tacky with the brand either emblazoned all over them.or hardware you can see a mile off.

I have over 30 designer handbags. I started seriously about 16 yrs ago. 6 chanel bags are my most expensive. Mulberry and Anya H were where I also did significant damage. No hermes, gucci or LV as the styles are not for me. Haven't bought anything super expensive since 2018!

I have 12 that i've bought in the last 4 years, some new, some pre-owned (Louis Vuitton leather bags and canvas prints).

I dont wear any of them anymore apart from a few of the Mulberry ones- Lily bags, Bayswater styles and Antony as my lifestyle and clothing style has completely changed and my mindset!

I am very casual, i dont like to look as though i'm trying to be flashy when i'm clearly bog-standard in terms of finances and i struggle to do them justice by looking very scruffy (white roots growing out, coarse wild hair, dirty muddy shoes from all the city trudging around i do).

you do you though - nothing wrong with expensive handbags, just like there's nothing wrong with people spending £400 a month on a BMW car lease.

I don't have any and have to say I'm with your partner that it seems like crazy money. I understand people have different interests but it sounds like you have a lot of designer bags already and I'm wondering why you feel the need to get more instead of enjoy the many you already have?

Day to day I am using the the Neonoe's and I rotate them every couple of weeks.
