Needed a smartish coat to wear in grey drizzly weather need to avoid wool because of the Feel 😬. Wanted to avoid hikerish.

So settled on this after a teeny Rain Mac search.

But now worried it's more S&M than M&S 😫

Reassurance or Reality please S&B folk.

It looks like a flasher mac to me which probably means it's absolutely perfect and the height of fashion.

The model is standing weirdly, I'm sure when you've got it on you'll know if it suits you, easily sent back if not.

I think someone much cooler and more chic than me would look great in that, I'm seeing a Tilda Swinton-esque person, platinum pixie, chunky slightly gothy jewelry and big DM's.

I however would look like a bin bag full of coleslaw in it.

For me it’s the style as much as the faux leather. As a PP said, pleather dressing gown. I think you can definitely do better. This won’t keep you dry or warm either.

I like the style but the fabric is off I got a real leather trench from Aligne via Otrium at the beginning of the year and it looks good. Not black though - I think that’s be difficult to pull off without looking like an extra in The Matrix.
