Cashmere de-bobbling

Last year I bought the most perfect black cashmere jumper. It is cosy, warm, hangs nicely and even looks nice. It's heavyweight, not a flimsy little thing. It is now getting bobbly, as they are prone to - what is my best option? I'm handwashing it. I don't want to shorten its life too much, because it is my beloved.

I machine wash with Woolite and regularly use the Bobble Off (fabric shaver). It’s amazing how resilient cashmere can be. I can never believe how much comes off each time I use the Bobble Off, but jumpers always look the better for it.

I use a battery operated debobbler.
I have many Cashmere items that have lasted for up to 15 years. I de-bobble them at least once a year, as even good quality Cashmere bobbles with wear.

I have a cashmere comb from The White Company. It feels quite brutal doing it, but jumpers come up like new.
