most comfortable / lightweight cabin rucksack

I'm going away on my own, and would like to be able to keep my essentials (plus a bit more) with me at all times in case hold luggage is lost. ie toiletries, electricals, and enough clothes for a few days.

Airline policy for several flights I'll be doing is 1 cabin bag of 7kg max. My usual wheelie is perfect (small) size, but weighs 2.3kg and laptop is 1.5kg (I need it as I'll be working when away). I need to find a lightweight backpack that isn't too large, but is comfortable to have on my back.

45x36x20 is a bit too large, and is the size a lot of these seem to come in, and I'm wondering if anyone has any particular recommendations or weight solutions?

I could stuff some of the chargers in my pockets, but I would prefer to have everything packed compactly in one bag if possible.

Open to creative solutions... thank you :)

I’m hankering over the Nordace Sienna rucksack. Someone next to me on a plane had one. It fits under the seat and has a streamlined shape.

I have the Nordace Sienna, it’s great.

I would love that, and that's the one I found at the weekend online, but I can't get it delivered soon enough... I need to check delivery options again or actual stores that have it (in London)..

Definitely not as luxe as the Nordace but this lightweight backpack has served me well:
