I'm nearing 40 and thinking I should probably start taking better care of my skin. I haven't worn any make up for years and the only skin care I use is a basic Aldi face cream and a nivea moisturiser after a shower.
I would like to start looking after myself better but don't really know where to start. I quite like the look of some of the advent calendar's and was tempted by the M&S one but that seems to have sold out now.
Is there any recommendations of things to try, items you'd consider essentials?
