Dress watch

Im looking for a dress watch since my everyday watch is a bit too... well, everyday. I have no idea what I want, but I'd like something from a reputable watchmaker that will last me for years. I wear silver jewellery and would prefer something delicate, more like a bracelet, I think! Any ideas?

What's your budget? I've a Cartier tank Francaise, some may say it okd fashioned but I love it.

I have a Cartier tank and it's a lovely watch to wear. Elegant and not too fussy. It's very bracelet like too.

I think the strap may be too close to my current day watch for me to feel like it's a change. I have a Tag and whilst it's a different shape, it has the silver strap that's not too dissimilar to the Tank. I will nip in and try one on though I could be completely wrong!

You could get a nice Cartier or Omega for 5k. But I think Jaeger-le-coultre watches are very nice
