Milia removal

I get a few Milia spots. I have dry skin and I moisturise but they pop up. For many years I sterilise a fine needle and pierce the skin and expose the Milia. Ir bleeds slightly and I then leave it. After about 48 hours the Milia ball protrudes and I just am able to wipe it out. No point in trying to get it out before it’s exposed as it won’t move as has roots but the exposure from the needle seems to destroy the root after 48 hrs. No scar for me. I’m not a medical professional or beautician but it saves me a lot of money!
