Bra...

I'm looking for a very supportive but not super ugly bra that gives a decent shape. I have a large bust (H to J cup depending on brand) and go dancing every week. It's not super vigorous dancing but can be bouncy enough that I am uncomfortable wearing anything but a sports bra but this gives a horrible monoboob shape and the dance I do isn't an exercise class, it's social dancing and I'd like to look nice. Any recommendations please?

I'm a 36F and would suggest Panache Tango or Fantasie Adele. The Panache comes in lots of lovely colours which are ever changing in availability. You can often find discontinued colours a lot cheaper on line as the new ones come in.

And nobody has ever said to me "that bra is sooo last year". 😀

I have a couple of Bravissimo Millie bras. I find they are supportive and comfy as they have a good amount of stretchy lace, so you can size down for a firmer fit. I am a 32HH.

If you're not wanting to wear a low cut top, the panache ultimate underwire sports bra doesn't give a mono boob and is amazingly supportive. It encapsulates rather than compresses.

I'm a couple of cup sizes smaller and I think boob shape really affects what works, but for normal bras I really rate bravissimo Alexa and Niya racer back bras as offering a lot of support.
